Bringing the fun back.
There can be no denying the last few months have been a tester for most people. The lifestyle we have all had to adopt has been alien to everyone bar the odd hermit.
A return of some of the pleasures of life will be more than welcome to us all.
To that end we are delighted to confirm that 2020 dive trips are returning. We have trips planned, both UK and further afield, some changes have had to be made, but on the whole all the fun and excitement will still be guaranteed.
First trip on offer is to St Abbs on the Scottish borders. This is a club favorite. We stay right in the harbour in Rock House, the boat is almost outside your bedroom window. Dives are colourful, plenty of life and most in the 14-18m depth range so suitable to every level of diver. This trip is scheduled 28th -30th August.
Following this is our most popular UK destination, Farne Islands, Northumberland. Diving with the seals playing around you, and with you at times, is an experience like no other. Most divers once they have dived the Farnes return year after year to experience the thrill of close interaction with the playful grey seal pups.
This trip is over the weekend of 18-20 September.
The final UK trip is to Plymouth to sample the numerous wrecks around Plymouth Sound. All the wrecks we tend to do, HMS Scylla, SS James Egan Layne to name but two, are easy to dive and suitable for most divers. This trip is an add on to replace the one we lost in July. Dates are 20-22nd November.
All the UK skippers need our love to get them back on their feet so supporting them by joining a Diveworld trip is a great way to go.
Our surviving trip to tropical climes is the Maldives Liveaboard. Simply awesome diving from day one, check out our videos from previous visits to see what is on offer. We are diving with Emperor on their luxurious liveaboard where all you have to thing about is the diving, everything else is taken care of for you. If previous years trips are anything to go by this will be a cracking way of rounding of the travel year. Dates are 31st October for seven nights.
Why not have a look round the trips on offer, just click on the links, and fire off any questions you have. We would love to have you accompany us and see why Diveworld trips are so popular. Numbers on boats have had to be reduced due to social distancing rules, so if you would like to join us, let us know, don`t miss out.
We look forward to you joining us on a dive trip soon.
