Freediver try dives are an amazing introduction to the world of breath hold diving (apnea). Ideal first step for anyone thinking of starting the PADI Freediver course. No previous experience is needed and starts from 12 years of age upwards. It’s a great first step in which your instructor will provide a full safety and technique briefing. You can try basic freediving principles and focus on practicing breathhold techniques in a pool. The biggest concern for most is that they "can`t hold their breath". This is the course to learn how. Ideal for swimmers, SCUBA divers and any water enthusiast.
